These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website ai.growprofyts.com and the services provided by GrowProfyts LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

GrowProfyts LLC provides AI-powered reception and intake automation services for law firms. This includes a virtual phone number, AI voice agent, call transcription, and notification systems.

2. The Pilot Program & Refund Policy

If you purchase our "14-Day Pilot", the following terms apply:

• Deposit: The payment of $199 is a deposit to secure your setup and usage for 14 days.
• Refund Eligibility: If the AI Agent fails to qualify at least one (1) lead according to the criteria set during onboarding (e.g., Injury + Not At Fault) within the 14-day period, you are eligible for a full refund of the $199 deposit.
• Cancellation: You may cancel the Pilot at any time during the 14 days by emailing [email protected].

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

• Founding Firm / Subscription: After the Pilot period, unless cancelled, your account will convert to a monthly subscription at the agreed-upon rate (e.g., the "Founding Firm" locked rate of $199/mo or standard rate).
• Payment: You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the monthly subscription fees and any applicable usage overages (per-minute fees) as described on our pricing page.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding telephone communications and recording, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and state-specific wiretapping laws. You agree to:

• Ensure your intake script includes necessary disclosures (e.g., "This call is recorded").
• Not use the Service for any illegal, harassing, or fraudulent purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GrowProfyts LLC. You are granted a limited license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GrowProfyts LLC, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Disclaimer: Our AI Agent is a technology tool, not a human employee. It may occasionally make errors in transcription or logic ("hallucinations"). We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the AI intake process.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
